How long does the colour change effect last?

It mostly depends on how you treat your apparel. Read the washing instructions carefully, because it depends on whether it will be a week or several years.

Note: Constant exposure to the sun can damage the colour change effect.

How to protect myself against UV radiation?

If you see the colour change effect on your WAVY t-shirt or any colour-changing in the sun WAVY’s accessories, that means you should protect your skin!

APPLY SUNSCREEN WITH SPF 30+, WEAR A HAT AND SUNNIES.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return something?

Please note:

WAVY Colour Change does not replace the shirts after the customer's wear and washing, and if the t-shirt has lost its colour-changing feature after that.

What is your exchange policy?

Because we want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your WAVY order, we offer exchanges on items that are unworn & in the same condition received for up to 30 days after purchase. So if it's the wrong size or something else isn't quite right, click Contact button or e-mail us: team.wavy@bewavy.com.au with a short massage about the issue.

Ocasionally, we do offer free delivery for Australia Wide Only.

How long will my order take?

AU Standard: 2-3 business days
AU Express: 1 business day
NZ Standard: 4-7 business days
NZ Express: 2-5 business days
US Standard: 5-9 business days
Europe Standard: 8-12 business days

Why haven't I received an order or shipping notification?

99% of the time, it's due to our email notifications being sent to your spam inbox, so be sure to check there. You can also add team.wavy@bewavy.com.au to your trusted contacts list and subscribe to SMS updates. Contact us if you can't find it!

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We do offer click and collect, but it isn't enabled as default. Reach out to our customer service team at team.wavy@bewavy.com.au and we can activate it for the day. Then you'll be able to select the option at checkout.

How do I find my size?

On every product page gallery, you'll see a UNISEX size chart. Simply check the measurements provided and find your perfect size. If you need any further assistance, feel free to get in touch.

How do I wash my WAVY apparel?

Machine wash cold inside out with like colours!

Do not tumble dry
No bleach & softener
Do not dry clean
Dry in the shade
Do not iron decoration
Your WAVY Colour Change Apparel should last a long time with a little love and tender care. Always, the first thing to do is turn them inside out. Machine washing is totally fine, but try to make sure it's a cold wash and gentle cycle and make it dry naturally (clothes line) in a shade.

Where are your clothes manufactured?

All WAVY goods are printed, packed and posted from Sydney, Australia.

T-shirt decor has been designed and printed in Australia.

Fabric: 94% Cotton, 6% Spandex - made in China.

While we would like to use all-Australian products this is unfortunately not possible due to the costs involved and the lack of local manufacturers that exist these days.

How often do you release new designs?

We create new designs regularly! If you want to keep up-to-date, subscribe to our emails. JOIN A FAM! and follow us on social media for the latest updates, new designs, and discount codes!

Are your sizing charts 100% accurate?

Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production. The measurements provided in our size charts are just an indicator of sizing, so please allow for variations of 1-2 centimetres.

We offer UNISEX SIZE t-shirts only.

Can I get a design on a different coloured product?

There is only WHITE colour fabric available for now.

Do you have Afterpay?

Not yet. Sorry.

What payment methods do you offer?

PayPal plus the usual Mastercard and Visa.

ENVIRONMENT

What about your packaging?

We use fully compostable shipping mailers by HERO Packaging to send all WAVY orders. They're plant-based and contain zero plastic.
